| I have been experimenting with various methods of marking my daylilies and perennials for as long as I have been gardening. When I became involved with hybridizing, my marking methods became extremely important - they must provide the data I needed, they must hold up in all weather extremes, they must be affordable, they must be easy, and last but not least, they must not detract from the beauty and natural flow of the gardens. Cedarthorn's Custom Labels for the Simply Elegant and Simply Elegant Economy Markers I have devised a label which is laser printed and laminated with a heavy 10 mil UV protected plastic designed to resist temperature extremes, liquid penetration and heavy handling to last for years. There is no minimum so feel free to order 1 or dozens of the same marker. I have found several uses for these special markers such as: 1) Daylilies named for someone - for example, I registered a daylily named for a great grandmother Eva Prall Hoehn.
